GRADUATE (Master and Doctorate) PROGRAMS
 

The graduate programs of U.U.State Conservatory Music Department was opened to enable young artists or teaching staff to improve themselves in their academic studies and to help young musicians to progress in their majors following undergraduate programs. The graduate studies starting in 2002 have contributed to the progress of the institution with the newly added programs in 2015. The program offers a universal education encouraging creativity, virtuosity and exploration supported by internationally well known professors having great experience and worldwide success.
 
Graduate (master) programs of Music-Performance offers studies in the following majors;

• Strings (violin, viola, cello, double bass)
• Piano
• Composition   
• Turkish Music Theory and Ethnomusicology

Proficiency in Art/Doctorate program is only available for the Strings.

Requirements to study in the performance based graduate programs offering a diploma of “Master of Music” (M.M.)  and  “Proficiency in Art/Doctorate” (D.M.A.) are explained in the related page, the course catalogue  is presented in the website of the university and the application requirements are listed on the page of the Social Science Institute.
