Bursa Uludağ University State Conservatory began its educational activities in 1998 in the C Block building located on the Old Faculty of Education Campus in the 152 Evler neighborhood. The school building, surrounded by approximately 3900 square meters of garden and green space, was used for 14 years and included a 1400 square meter usable area. It housed 36 classrooms, studios, and student practice rooms, along with 10 group classrooms. Additionally, there was an orchestra hall that could accommodate up to 100 listeners and was used as a recital hall when needed, as well as a smaller hall with a capacity of 50 listeners that served as a conference or recital room.
In response to the conservatory's growing needs, a new building was designed, with construction starting in 2010 on the Görükle Campus. Most of this facility was completed and opened for use in 2012, and a Concert/Application Hall with a capacity of 500 listeners was finished in 2013. Built on approximately 3900 square meters of land and featuring around 8256 square meters of usable space, the new building includes 35 individual classrooms, studios, and chamber music rooms, as well as 35 practice rooms, 15 group classrooms, and a meeting room. The building also contains a seminar-recital hall with a capacity of 60 listeners, a library, instrument maintenance and repair rooms, and a student cafeteria.
