Due to the disruptions in appointments for the use of consultation rooms, the appointment system has been updated. As of Monday, May 6, all appointments written in the spreadsheet link have been cancelled. Our students taking the Individual Psychological Counseling Practices II course must make an appointment with Sühay Gezen, Secretary of the Department of Educational Sciences, in order to use the counseling rooms as of Monday, May 6. As of this date;
- The Counseling Unit is open to students and faculty members between 09:00 and 16:50 on weekdays.
- Each room in the Information Unit is subject to a usage permit.
- To use the rooms, students must contact the department secretariat (Sühay Gezen-0(224) 294 22 20).
- Students must write the appointment day and time interval on a weekly basis for the unit rooms they will use, in the Consultation Unit Rooms Usage Schedule in Annex-1 prepared by the department secretariat.
- The keys to the rooms are delivered to the students for signature by the department secretary shortly before the meeting time, and are received for signature immediately after the end of the interview.
- The responsibility for undelivered or lost Information Unit room keys lies with the person who receives the room keys upon signature.
- In cases where the keys are not delivered, the relevant persons are responsible for duplicating the relevant room key and delivering it to the department secretariat.
- Persons who cause damage to the items in the rooms as a result of misuse are responsible for the damage.
- It is the responsibility of the people using the rooms to inform the department secretariat about the damaged items in the room and the needs in the room (cleaning of the rooms, renewal of clock batteries, heating, etc.) before and after using the room.
- Regarding the use of the rooms, students must sign the student commitment in Annex-2 and submit it to the department secretariat.
