At the 2022 and 2023 Academic Performance Awards ceremony organized by the Research and Development Coordination of Bursa Uludağ University (BUÜ), 113 academics who made significant contributions to the university were awarded. The ceremony was attended by BUÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Ferudun Yılmaz, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Cafer Çiftçi, Prof. Dr. İrfan Kırıştıoğlu, and Prof. Dr. Zekeriyya Arı, along with academic and administrative staff. Rector Yılmaz stated that they have made great efforts to increase the university’s research capacity. The Research and Development Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Esra Karaca, emphasized that the awards not only crown academic achievements but also symbolize academic solidarity and passion for knowledge.

Our Faculty of Education received the award for the Best Faculty in the Social Sciences field for 2022-2023, while Prof. Dr. Salih Çepni won the 2023 Faculty of Education Service Award, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Özkan won the 2023 Successful Researcher Award, and Prof. Dr. Zehra Özdilek received the 2022 Faculty of Education Service Award.
